WOPA prides in the active inclusion of children in all aspect of our activities. We believe that as leaders of tomorrow, involving children in leadership activities can help them boost their self-esteem, improve their public speaking and communications skills, help them identify their strengths and weaknesses. We provide a well detailed mentorship and leadership program for children aged 5-15years which is believed to be the prime years of a child where transformative learning can be effective. As future leaders, it is important that the children learn about their rights and ways to uphold those rights. The leadership skills taught allow the children to have control of their lives, believe in their abilities to make things happen, instill confidence, develop critical thinking skills, work collaboratively in a team. The program gives them the opportunity to develop responsibly while allowing them to enjoy their lives as children. We engage them to use their creativity skills to express themselves in the most effective manner.
